The building is situated in Polanica Zdrój, in the heart of the Zdrojowy Park. Each room comes with wooden features and comes with a bathroom, satellite TV, phone and free wired internet. There is a restaurant at the Villa Alexandra where guests can have their meals by the fireplace. Barbecue facilities are also available.

Polanica Zdrój is a health resort beautifully situated in the Kłodzko Valley, on the way Wrocław – Prag (Road E-67). The charming promenade situated in the centre of Polanica, along the Bystrzyca Dusznicka River is filled with restaurants and cafés. You can also find facilities here such as: a theatre, museum, artistic glass works, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a toboggan run and a saddle-horse stable. For active tourists we recommend hiking and the fantastic bicycle routes which surround Polanica. In this region there are a lot of interesting places that are worth to be seen and visited, such as: the skiing resorts, National Park with the Stołowe Mountains, gold and silver mines, caves and much, much more.
